Identity

Evidence and review
Reviewed evidence, methodology, quality status, provenance and release manifests remain the source of record. Research maturity labels describe project artifacts; they are not scientific-certainty scores.
Corrections
Material factual, evidence, provenance, methodology or data-contract errors are recorded in the corrections ledger. Non-sensitive corrections can be reported through the repository issue template.
Security
See the security policy for sensitive reports. The public site is static and the reference MCP interface is intended to be read-only.
Boundaries
- Evidence review status is scoped to the reviewed entry and its stated sources; it is not a universal scientific certainty score.
- Research-track maturity labels describe project artifacts and do not by themselves establish an effect in the scientific literature.
- Observatory outputs are descriptive headline-level signals, not diagnoses of authors, outlets or audiences.
- The public MCP adapter is a read-only reference interface over published project data, not an authority beyond the underlying evidence.
- Trust metadata documents project practices and boundaries; it is not a security, correctness or scientific-validity certificate.
