Additive Bias – when you add instead of subtracting

A practical countermeasure
- First, ask what can be removed – problems are often solved by subtracting, not adding.
- Simplicity = efficiency – the less clutter, the better a system works.
- Don’t overcomplicate things – not everything needs more features; sometimes, less is more.
